Payslips, filings and the employee register remain exportable at any time — including during a payment incident, and including if you leave Dembaya.

Renewal invoices bill payslips actually issued (validated or closed payroll run) in the elapsed month. If there is no run yet, we fall back to the commercial lock or the last invoice. The Starter cap counts active employees (3).
The displayed price follows the tier reached automatically. Tiers are marginal: going from 30 to 31 employees only costs more for the 31st, never for the first thirty.
Yes. Upgrading opens the matching capabilities immediately. Downgrading returns to Starter (or another chosen plan) with no data loss.
WhatsApp reminder on day 7, read-only on day 15. Payslips, filings and the employee register remain exportable at all times. We never withhold employment records. A confirmed payment (webhook, local simulation or super-admin) activates the plan. Orange Money / MTN MoMo operators are not live yet.
Yes, within the stated headcount cap, with no time limit and no card required. It is self-service: no dedicated support, and payslips carry a Dembaya mention.
